First Time Visit?
New members should arrive 30 minutes before their first class to complete registration and meet with an instructor. Bring workout clothes, water bottle, and an open mind!

Not at all! We welcome students of all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will work with you at your own pace.
Comfortable athletic wear like a t-shirt and shorts or workout pants. No shoes are worn on the mats. You can purchase a martial arts uniform (gi) from our pro shop once you decide to continue training.

Yes! Safety is our top priority. All classes are supervised by experienced instructors, and we teach proper techniques to minimize injury risk. Sparring is optional and only done with appropriate protective gear.
